This is the Valley Isle Resort (VIR) where the condo is located on the 2nd floor, exactly in the middle. The condo has a spectacular unobstructed view of the ocean! You can see it in the first picture…but you won't believe it until you see it with your own eyes!
The VIR has a pool, barbecues, elevators, rolling carts for groceries and luggage, Maui activity brochures and is located on the Kahana beach. It is located near shopping and restaurants.
Inside MauiKondo! You can see the ocean from every angle! This panoramic photo allows you to get an idea of the main living area.
The condo sleeps 4 (one Murphy Queen bed, and one pull out Queen sofa bed) and has two phones, an answering machine, a flat screen TV with remote, cable TV, HD DVD player, Wi-Fi, stereo with CD changer and remote, kitchenette dining table with chairs, plenty of storage space, boogie boards, grass mats for the beach, beach umbrella, beach cooler, etc. Guests often leave an assortment of books, games, CD’s and beach items for future guests to recycle and enjoy.
This is the MauiKondo view from the lanai (Hawaiian for balcony)! You'll hear the waves crash on the beach all night long, lulling you to sleep....

Can you believe it? Yes, this is it! About 12 steps from the condo and you've got this beautiful beach!
We see rainbows and whales all the time in Maui from the lanai!
This grassy area below the lanai is perfect for wedding pictures! Look how close the water is!
Lanai has a glass table and four chairs, the best place to eat and watch for dolphins, whales, rainbows, surfers and kite/wind surfers.
The condo has a ceiling fan and an oscillating floor fan. You probably won't need it if you open the screened sliding glass door and use the screened locking front door. It creates a breezeway that is fantastic!
The newly remodeled kitchen has granite countertops, tons of storage, a full sized refrigerator with a freezer with an ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, all appliances (coffee maker, blender, toaster etc), dishes, pots and pans, silverware, etc--everything you have at home!
The bar seats two…but the Lanai (Hawaiian for patio) is the best place to eat at and “watch the show”!
Main sleeping is the queen-sized Murphy wall bed. It is hidden in the cabinet right near the slider so you can lock the screen door and listen to the waves crash all night. TV is tucked away to the right of the Murphy bed and has a long cord so it can be viewed from bed or from either couch. The Murphy bed is very easy to maneuver. The blue couch conceals a queen sized hideabed!
The newly remodeled bathroom has a big shower with great water pressure!
Plenty of storage behind the mirrored closet doors on the left, hangers, empty shelves, a laundry basket, cleaning supplies, extra sheets, blankets, wash cloths bath and beach towels. The bathroom has a separate door for the toilet/shower, as well as a sliding pocket privacy door for the vanity area.
Mirrored vanity on the right with a built in hair dryer, medicine cabinets and drawers for storage.

The condo has a really nice clean gated pool with beach chairs, community barbecues and patio tables.
Large green flat areas make beautiful spots for weddings!
Down by the pool, the VIR has community BBQ’s you are free to enjoy if you’d like to eat at the Kondo or the beach!
